What happens in a consultation?

First, we’ll have a long discussion about you.  Who are you and where you come from?  What are you struggling with and how are you longing to feel?  Then I’ll help you understand not only your dosha (mind-body constitution) but also the imbalances that are present that are keeping you from feeling like your best self.  

Why is my constitution so important?

When you understand your constitution, you’ll understand how it influences your physiology, your likes and dislikes, your tendencies and habits, your mental and emotional character, and your vulnerabilities toward imbalance and disease. Trust me, it’s incredibly enlightening.

Ayurvedic Consultation (pre-requisite for all Ayurvedic Wellness Sessions)

In this 90 minute session, (in person or via Zoom app) clients will have a chance to answer many questions about who they are as a WHOLE person. I will address your health concerns from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. … This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional healing and possible nutritional and herbal supplements.

Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling Session

In person or via Zoom app
An Ayurvedic Wellness coaching session can help you:

  • Find the right diet for your body type
  • Improve digestive disorders
  • Implement remedies and strategies for better sleep Calm anxiety, fear and overwhelm
  • Gain strategies for reduced stress
  • Learn smarter movement and daily exercise for your body type
  • Improve flexibility and alleviate joint discomfort
  • Bolster immunity, alleviate allergies
  • Improve self-care and learn daily habits for wellness
  • Connect to your spiritual self

 

Movement Personal Training

In Person Pilates/Yoga Group or Private Session.  These sessions are catered to your unique goals. Movement personal training is designed to work beyond traditional fitness. You’ll gain body awareness, understand your postural habits, learn movements that will help you increase strength, stability, mobility and balance. Additionally you’ll learn breath techniques useful in both movement and for stress reduction. Liz brings a huge scope of movement modalities to help meet you wherever you are.

Virtual Pilates / Yoga Session

Personal training session from your home or office. Move beyond traditional cookie cutter fitness to a personalized approach. You’ll gain body awareness, understand your postural habits, learn movements that will help you increase strength, stability, mobility and balance. Additionally you’ll learn breath techniques useful in both movement and for stress reduction.
